Techier Teacher is for online music teachers who want their studio tech to stay out of the way, so students get you instead of a glitchy version of you.
Sixty minutes, free, and it's how we find out what's actually wrong.
Walk into a room with a student and something happens that nobody had to arrange. Your instrument is there, sounding like itself. The music is on the stand, in reach. And you're in the room, a whole person, right in front of them.
Online, the tools make you pick one and drop the other two. Show your face, and the music vanishes. Share the score, and you vanish. Play, and your instrument arrives at the other end sounding thin and underwater.
That gap is not you, and it isn't the app you chose. Every conferencing platform hits the same ceiling by default, the ones built for music teachers included. It's just how they work.
I help online music teachers build a setup they own and run themselves. One that works the same way on Tuesday as it did on Monday, and stops asking for your attention in the middle of a lesson.
Not a pile of gear recommendations.
Not twelve tutorials from twelve people describing twelve different rooms, none of them yours.
A setup with a shape to it, so when something rattles you know which part it came from.
Most people drive a car every day without understanding it. You know enough to trust it, enough to look after it, and you pick up the rest as the road asks. Nobody calls that a gap in your education.
Studio tech is the strange exception, and only because somebody decided it was. You need enough to run your room, learned when the teaching actually asks for it. That's the whole dose.
It's for the online music teacher who is willing to run her own room once it's been made runnable. Piano, voice, strings, guitar. She'll learn what she needs and has no interest in learning what she doesn't.
It isn't for the teacher who wants the deep technical dive. That's a mastery course, and good ones exist. And if you're after the $27 template that fixes everything, I'd genuinely save your money.
It isn't for the teacher who wants somebody else to own the studio and hand it back finished, because that's an agency and I'm not one.
And if you're after the $27 template that "fixes everything," I'd genuinely save your money.
No score. No wrong answers. Nothing to buy at the end of it. Five minutes, and you finish with a position rather than a verdict.
Before you buy anything or change anything, it helps to know which part of this is actually the problem. That's what the Immersive Studio Map is for.
It's a short, fill-in guide. Two questions. The first asks which of your three signals is struggling most: your instrument, your materials, or you. The second asks how well those three work together when you run them at once, which is a different question and usually the more useful one.
I'll email you the map, and then the occasional note about running an online studio. Leave whenever you like.
When you know which part is broken and you'd rather not spend a fortnight of evenings on it, you can book me for it. One problem at a time, on your actual setup, not a generic one. Every session starts with you sending me the real thing and ends with the fix written down where you can find it again.
It always starts with the free hour, and that hour is an assessment rather than a finished plan. Building the plan and walking you through it is the paid work. But you shouldn't have to pay to find out what's wrong, or to find out whether I'm the right person to help you fix it.
Some of this goes better with other teachers in the room. The Membership is being built, and when it opens that's where it will live. Early 2027.

I'm a classically trained pianist, keyboardist, composer, and music producer based in Bethlehem, PA. I'm also an online music educator and the founder of two interconnected brands: Piano Belloso Music, a piano studio serving students of all ages, and Techier Teacher, a coaching platform for music educators navigating the online world.
The thread that connects everything I do: structure and systems in service of creativity and expression. Whether I'm helping a beginner play their first song or helping a teacher build a reliable virtual studio, my work removes barriers so people can focus on what matters most — connection, expression, and meaningful learning.
You don't have to become a tech wizard, and you don't have to do this alone. You do have to know where you're starting from, which takes about five minutes and costs nothing.
